This property had a mixture of old and new plaster ceiling and wall
surfaces.
All walls and ceilings were prepared by sanding and smoothing over
any surface imperfections with a smooth finish plaster before they were lined and painted.
58 rolls of Professional 1000 grade lining paper was used throughout the property to line the old
plaster walls and ceilings before they were painted.
All Ceilings and cornices were painted with at least two coats of Johnstones White Covaplus Matt
emulsion paint.
All White Woodwork was completed with Johnstones White oil based Eggshell paint.
The interior wooden doors were varnished with a Ronseal water based satin varnish.
Kitchen Wall colour: Johnstones "Great White" matt emulsion paint.
Lounge Wall colour: Johnstones "New White" matt emulsion paint.
Master Bedroom Wall colours:
Feature Wall is Johnstones "Duck Egg Blue" Matt emulsion paint.
Other three walls and ensuite walls are Johnstones "Pale Linen" matt emulsion paint.
Top Hall, Staircase and Entrance Hallway wall colours:
The wall colours were Johnstones equivalent to the Farrow and Ball "Savage Ground" and "Clunch"
colours. Both colours were in a DURABLE MATT finish.
The "Clunch" colour is the darker of the two shades in the photographs.
TV Room Wall colour: Johnstones "Elephant's Breath" matt emulsion paint.
Kids Bedroom wall colour: Johnstones "Azura Blue" matt emulsion paint.
Dining Room wall colour: Johnstones "Slipper Satin" matt emulsion paint.
